| 摘 要： | 非婚同居在我国是客观现实的社会现象,法律实行价值中立,既不激励,又不回避,而应予以合理的规制。对于非婚同居所产生的人身关系、财产关系以及子女的合法权益,应构建出与法律婚、事实婚有所不同的法律机制,以实现法律的调控作用。

| Abstract: | Non-marital cohabitation is an objective social phenomenon in China.Law implements neutral of value,neither encourage,nor sidestep.For the personal and property relationship and rightful heir of children arising from non-marital cohabitation,a legal system different from lawful marriage or de facto marriage should be constructed,aimed at achieving legal regulation. |
