随着我国社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高 ,人身安全、家庭财产安全已成为人们的第一要求 ,而单纯以人防、物防为手段的传统防范模式 ,已经不能适应社会发展的现实要求。因此 ,如何利用安全技术防范的优势 ,构建起有效的社区安全防范综合报警服务体系 ,就成了当前迫切需要研究和解决的重要课题。

Thoughts on Multiple Precaution Panic Alarm System Construction in Jia Yuan Community in Kunming

With the development on economy and improvement on People's living standard, the safety of human body and property became the first requirement to everyone. But the traditional precaution mode mere attaching importance to person and article precaution can't meet the requirements of reality of developing society. Therefore, the most urgent key project for us to study is to solve how to take advantage of security technology precaution, to construct an effective multiple precaution panic alarm system.
