| 摘 要： | 公安高校教学质量问题要从教学改革中去探索和思考。即 :从素质教育的内涵要求来思考 ;从培养人才的层次性问题上来思考 ;要从公安实际工作出发 ,真正提高公安基层战斗力的角度来思考 ;要从学生的个性发展及创造能力的培养来思考 ;要从“厚基础 ,宽口径 ,强技能 ,应用性”的人才培养来思考。

| Abstract: | Quality of teaching is supposed to be explored and considered through education reforms. In another word, it has to take the following points into consideration: the inside requirements; the level of talents; practice for strengthening the force of grass-roots organs; developing students' personality and creative capability and educating talents with thick basis, strong skill and practical knowledge. |
