| 摘 要： | 20 0 2年月 5日中国破获首例网上出售冰毒案。我国刑法所规定的毒品犯罪的 12个具体罪名中 ,没有关于出售制毒配方方面的规定。制毒配方是生产合成型毒品不可缺少的部分 ,为防止合成型毒品在我国生产和消费的泛滥 ,笔者认为 ,加大法律监控力度 ,严密禁毒立法网络 ,细化我国禁毒立法十分有必要

| Abstract: | In May 2002,Chinese police detected the first sale case of Methyl Benzene on the Internet,But there isn't any acurate accusation of selling drug preparation formulation of all 12 concrete charges in Chinese criminal law;Drug preparation formulation is the key part of producing compound drug,to avoid compound drug abuse in China,the writer thinks it's necessary to strengthen law inspection power,to perfect law-making web of drug enforcement,to detail the nation's Law-making system. |
