面对严峻的经济犯罪形势 ,经侦工作面临的现状是 :1、破案绝对数虽有增加 ,发案仍大幅上升 ;2、报案滞后 ,“人走财空”现象严重 ;3、经侦情报信息量少质弱 ;4、对经济犯罪的规律特点研究不透 ,防范不力。对策 :1、提高情报信息运用能力 ;2、设置专业“情报信息分析员” ,建设经济犯罪预警工作机制 ;3、建立“主动型”经侦工作机制。

Exploration on the Initiative in Fighting Economic Crime

Faced with the severe economic crime,the condition of economic investigation is as followed:cases are increasing by a wide margin in comparison with the rise of breaking cases;late cases-report;Small quantity and low quality of economic investigation intelligence;weak preventative measures resulted from poor study on the regular pattern of the crime.The countermeasures to the problems:to improve the ability to make use of intelligence;to set up experts on intelligence analysis and preventative system;to establish a positive econcmic investigation system.
