| 摘 要： | 韩国企业在中国生存的环境因素主要涉及税收、政企关系和人力资源。一些韩国企业正在向中国转移,希望在境外获取经营利润。但中国市场同样是充满竞争的,而且中国的经济形势也在不断发生变化。韩国企业既需要选择进入中国的时机,也应当掌握韩国股市的弱处和韩国在华企业的弱处。

| Abstract: | Korea firms' subsistence environment in China mainly involve tax、relationship between government and firms and human resource. some Korea firms are transferring to China, trying to profit from fremd business, actually, China's market is also full of competition and China's economic situation keeps changing, therefore, Korea firms should select a proper time to enter China, knowing the weakness of Korea's stock market and the weakness of firms founded in China by Korea. |
