| 摘 要： | 弱势群体在维护自身权益的抗争中，由于自身条件限制、强势压迫、社会歧视、法律制度缺失等诸多因素的共同催化和影响，其中一部分人为摆脱困境、报复社会、实现心理平衡，铤而走险，违法犯罪，导致当前弱势群体犯罪问题日益突显，成为影响社会安定的重要因素。为构建和谐社会提供有效的对策和措施．对于维护社会稳定、促进社会和谐发展具有重要意义。
