建立注重职业操作技能培养的法学高职教育模式

由于经常性地处理多种社会冲突，维持复杂的法律秩序，因而法律职业对从业人员有较高的能力要求，包括较全面的法律理论知识、社会知识、分析能力、写作能力、语言能力。考虑到教育层次及学制的限制，应将法学高职教育的培养方向定位于法律职业中的中低级职位。现有法学高等教育模式忽视职业实际操作能力的培养，而法学高职教育则必须努力克服这种缺陷。

Establishing the Model of Higher Legal Vocational Education to Put Emphasis on the Cultivation of Practice Skills

The persons who are engaged in the legal profession should be with higher abilities because they often deal with different social conflicts and safeguard complicated legal order. The higher abilities include comparatively comprehensive knowledge of legal theories, societies and the skills of analyses, writings and oral communications. Because of the restriction of educational tier and system, we should focus the target of higher legal vocational education on the middle and low positions in the legal profession. The existing model of higher legal education neglects the cultivation of practice skills, but the higher legal vocational education must try to make up the deficiencies.
