| 摘 要： | 国有商业银行在目前的产权结构、经营环境等条件下 ,很难履行资本供给职能 ,因而亟须对各国有商业银行进行产权改革 ,并进行利率市场化改革 ,以改善国有商业银行的经营环境和理顺其经营行为。
