To Form the Working Style of Maintaining Close Ties with the Masses and to Seize the State Power

The Communist Party of China takes it as its basic strategic principle of seizing the state power to consolidate and develop the close ties between the Party and its people so as to gain the trust and support of the majority of the masses.
