Thinking of University Union Building Based on the Communication Perspective

Trade union,as an indispensable organization in the colleges and universities,is a bridge and link of the party committee to contact the majority of faculty.In order to promote the healthy,fast,and orderly development of colleges and universities,it is of vital importance to improve teachers’ congress system through meetings communication,to build union exchange platform through network communication,to enhance the ability to work of trade union cadres through face to face communication,to promote the organization and management communication in the university.
