| 摘 要： | 人事档案是干部工作的一项基础性工作，是全面了解和正确选拔干部的重要参考依据。公安队伍作为国家机器的重要组成部分，其人事档案工作尤显重要。面对传统的管理体制、模式和方法，在新形势下如何正确认识并进一步革新档案管理工作，是摆在广大管档工作人员面前亟待解决的一项重要课题。
