| 摘 要： | 民族區域自治是中國的一項處理多民族關系的基本制度安排。這一基本制度安排經過了近六十年的實施和變化，已經初步具備了自己的特色。它以憲法、法律和政策爲基本規範和指導，以區域和民族相結合爲特色，以民族間的和諧和發展爲目的。在這個框架之下，民族自治區域主要享有廣泛的行政方面的自治及有限度的立法方面的自治。

| Abstract: | Regional autonomy for ethnic minorities, one of the fundamental institutional arrangements for handling multiethnic relations, has been practiced in the People＇s Republic of China （PRC） for more than 50 years. Although the idea and practice of ethnic regional autonomy had a long history in China well before the PRC, the current PRC embracement of such an arrangement began in the early 20th century during the proletarian revolution led by the Chinese Communist Party （CCP）. |
