| 摘 要： | 在史书关于匈奴和西域传记中,两汉与匈奴、西域诸国进行的和亲与人质政策贯穿于两汉的整个历史,因此,我们不妨将两汉的和亲和人质看成是一种被“制度化”的常规。本文依据史实,着重讨论这两种“制度”发生、发展及其背后可能的“法理”。
