| Abstract: | Combining construction and management,with management strengthened' has become an important issue for the sustainable development of Shanghai metropolis. Theoretical subjects on modern municipal management are discussed,defined and discriminated. Besides, some constructive suggestions are given as the long term strategy of Shanghai's municipal management. |
