关于国家核心利益的几点思考

核心利益是国家利益结构中次序优先、关系全局、不容挑战和面临威胁的利益。核心利益既有普遍性也有特殊性;既有稳定性也有变动性。人们对核心利益的认知既有客观性,也有主观性。既不能将核心利益当成一般利益,从而忽视对核心利益的维护,也不能将一般利益随意上升至核心利益,造成在维护国家利益上避重就轻;在强化核心利益意识的同时,必须立足本国的国情和所处的国际环境判断和界定国家的核心利益;在保持国家核心利益内涵基本稳定的同时,还要根据形势的变化逐步、适时对核心利益作出调整;统筹考虑客观条件和主观因素,让主观认知的结果更加符合客观现实。
