中国贪污犯罪心理研究现状述评

腐败已经成为阻碍全球社会发展的毒瘤，惩治贪腐业已成为我国政府端正党风，取信于民的施政方略；贪腐激化了社会矛盾，引起民众“仇官”、“仇富”心理升级以及为达目的不择手段的悖德行为。这些现象已经引发学界的担心、深思与探究。尤其是法学、犯罪学以及心理学的研究，更是从根源、贪污犯罪心理的形成机制、行为的发生机制以及应对的策略方面入手，做深层次的剖析和行之有效的措施方法的探索与实验。我们拟对这些研究做梳理、归纳及相关的心理分析，以期为反贪提供心理科学支持。

Research Status Review China’ s Corruption Crime Psychology

Corruption has become a cancer hindering the development of the global society , punishing corruption has already become the Chinese government＇ s strategy of the public governance ; Corruption has intensified the so- cial contradictions, caused people to ＂revenge officer and the rich＂ and moral behavior of Machiavellian. This phe- nomenon has caused academic thought and research. The legal science, criminology and psychology, has made a deep analysis, has carried on the exploration and experiment from the measure method from the root, the formation mechanism of corruption crime psychology, behavior mechanism and coping strategies.
