法律应该关注社会现实问题，应该非常接近社会和生活。法学院校的毕业生应该能够满足司法实务工作的需要。要从事法律实务工作，法律人必须学会正确运用法律思维：即重视证据的收集、整理与分析；在正确界定事实性质的基础上去寻找、发现法律；根据当事人的诉讼请求去寻找法律和事实；综合考量影响案件结果的其他因素，将案件引向有利于委托人的轨道。

Shuttling between the Facts and the Law- On Construction of the Theory of Legal Thinking

The law should focus on the issues of social reality, and be very close to the society and life. Law school graduates should be able to meet the need of the judicial practice. To work in the legal practice, the legal person must learn to apply correctly the legal thinking, which attaches great importance to the evidence collection, sorting and analysis ; to find the law on the basis of correct definition of the fact; to seek the law and the facts according to the claims of the parties ; to make comprehensive considerations of the result of other factors, by which lead the case to the orbit of the principal.
