| 摘 要： | ICSID裁决撤销程序是ICSID仲裁的重要组成部分,也是ICSID仲裁区别于其他仲裁的关键所在,更是对国际经济争端解决机制的重大发展。《华盛顿公约》为ICSID仲裁所设置的5项裁决撤销理由经过长期的实践,在适用中得到充分阐释。熟悉和掌握裁决撤销理由的确切含义,对于我们应对ICSID仲裁以及理解其他类型的仲裁,都有极大的指导或启示意义。

| Abstract: | The annulment procedure of Arbitral Award plays the most important part in the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes(ICSID)Arbitration system.As to be the essential differences between the ICSID Arbitration system and the other Arbitration system,the annulment procedure greatly extend the international dispute settlement mechanism.There are five annulment reasons in the Washington Convention,which is setting up for the ICSID Arbitration system. The reasons are efficiency in practical area.To do the comprehensive study on these reasons,helps us to be familiar with the definition of the ICSID Arbitration system,and as guidance of the other Arbitration system's development. |
