| 摘 要： | 社会主义初级阶段是中国和平崛起的时间条件,经济全球化是中国和平崛起的空间条件,构成中国和平崛起的基本条件。清醒认识中国和平崛起的时空条件,可以避免“迅速崛起论”和“崛起悲观论”,明确树立“崛起阶段论”,坚定地走中国特色社会主义强国之路,具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The primary stage of socialism is the time condition of Chinses peaceful rise and economic globalization is the space condition of Chinses peaceful rise. This is the basic start of Chinses peaceful rise. Realizing the time and space condition of Chinses peaceful rise clearly, we can avoid the viewpoints of Chinses threat and Chinses collapse and adopt the idea of Chinses rise by stages. It is of great importance in reality and in theory. |
