高校二级教代会制度建设的思考

随着高校管理体制改革的深入及办学规模的扩大，高校的工作重心和管理权力已逐步下移，高校在院、系等二级单位建立和完善二级教代会组织，是十分重要和必要的，也是当前和今后一个时期高校民主政治建设的重要内容以及依法治校工作向纵深发展的必然趋势。

Ideas on Second- class Meeting of the Faculty in Higher Education

With the deepening of reform of administrative system and spread of school's scale,the main emphasis of the college work has been displaced and the administrative power has come to the inferior. It is very important and necessary to organize and perfect the meeting of the faculty in the department or the college. It is also the main content of college democratic politics. It is a bounded trend to deepen the college administration ruled by law. However,in reality,the status of the second-class meeting of the faculty in higher education is not so optimistic for us. There are still many problems in organizing. And we need to improve and perfect it constantly.
