| 摘 要： | 应用法学,是法学中的一个分支,是指与理论法学相对应的法学学科的总称,是以现实的法律实践活动为研究对象,立足于揭示现实的法律实践活动的规律,从而指导当前和今后的法律实践活动的一门社会科学。应用法学研究具有三个方面的特色:以现行有效的法律制度为考察的重点,以社会生活中的法律问题为中心展开研究,具有评价、说理、论证的特色。

| Abstract: | As a branch of the legal science, applied jurisprudence is a super-ordinate for legal subjects contrasted to those in theoretical jurisprudence. It is a social science focused on legal practices aiming to reveal principles of actual legal practices in order to give guidance to current and future legal practices. Applied jurisprudence has three characteristics, namely, it lays emphasis on effective legal systems, it focuses on legal matters in social life, and it features appraisals, arguments and demonstrations. |
