录用人民警察诸问题探析——决不允许2/3以上的警察院校毕业生流失社会

警察院校毕业生长期不能对口就业;招录警察的"报考公告"本身存在缺陷.原因是警察院校盲目扩招;相关职能部门相互协调、配合不够;现行考录制度的配套政策尚不健全.改进对策有职能部门应当相互协调配合;严格行政管理,完善各种监督机制;特殊公务员招考应有特殊政策.

Probe into the Problems in Policeman's Employment--Never Permit the Drift of More Than 2/3 Graduates from Police Schools

For a Long time,graduates from police schools can not find a job suited to their trainings.The entrance announcement of enrolling policeman itself exists deficieneies.The reasons are:police schools enlarge the enrollment of students blindly;relative functional departments coordinate inefficiently;the necessary policies of current enrollment system are not perfect.The improving countermeasures are the functional department should coordinate each other,strict administration and perfect all kinds of supervision mechanisms;The author appeals that the enrollment of special civil servants should have special policies.
