On The Equality Right Of Procedure Of A Litigant |

| Abstract: | It is necessary for juridical practice to protect the litigant to equally take part in the juridical procedure.In this article are discussed the equality right of procedure of a litigant concerning its intention and procedure meaning,and its protection as for the equal accession to court,the humane procedure protection,the subject interest and the litigation qualification. |
