转型速度、局部改革与转型方式的选择

国外学术界把渐进方式和激进方式看作是殊途同归的道路,其理论基础源自狭隘的资本主义市场经济思想,缺乏对市场经济制度层次性的全面了解和深入把握,影响了转型国家对市场经济体制理论认识的深化,束缚了社会主义国家经济转型中理论创新的科学视角;而且还存在转型速度、全面改革与局部改革、次序性等一系列转型战略的理论差别,由此产生了转型国家不同的实践绩效和转型后果。这些转型理论范式及其理论教条,忽略了对真实转型经验的总结和概括,仍然在影响转型国家转型深化期的改革实践和转型策略;容易受到西方转型范式的操纵和逻辑引导。因此,转型深化期的中国必须慎重反思转型速度、全面改革以及转型方式的选择,坚持中国特色的"双主题阶段转换式"的转型模式。

External theoretician takes radical pattern and gradually pattern as arrive at the same end by different means,its theoretical rationale is cause of narrow capitalism market economy thinking,which is lack of hierarchical knowledge of market economy system,and affects transformation country deepen understands market economy system,and binds up theoretical innovation of transformation country,and that has a series of practice difference at transformation strategy such as the overall reform and the pitfall reform,transformation speed,reform order etc.different choose was lead to different transformation model,and in fact affects economy achievement and reform proceeding of transformation country.Therefore,China need to choose careful transformation pattern,persevere in transformation strategy that move forward by stage reform.
