| 摘 要： | 明清讼师秘本在官府的打压之下并未消失,反而不断细密化、体系化。其中的状词在作状之法、语言编排等方面呈现出了理论化、规律化的趋势。明清讼师秘本中的状词所体现的胜诉之方也在官府的一再打击与遏制过程中呈现出不断传承、发展,以致更加有效的趋势。

| Abstract: | Under the blow and forbiddance from the government, secret pettifogger handbooks of the Ming and Qing Dynasty didn't disappear, but become perfect and systematic. Written complaints have an academic and disciplinary trend in their written methods and language arrangement. Meanwhile, the methods of recovering embodied by written complaints in these books also had a trend of study and development. |
