| 摘 要： | 公安咨询解答是公安机关与人民群众进行信息沟通、消除误会、解决矛盾的一种有效途径,也是积极开展为民、便民、利民活动的必要措施。本文对公安咨询解答模式、公安咨询解答的语言特点及运用等问题作了分析,阐述了精湛的语言技能在公安咨询解答运用中的重要意义。
