| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市建设和管理步伐的加快,城市社区管理正面临着许多新情况和新问题,表现在社区管理任务迅速膨胀、难度日益加大、管理要求越来越高等方面,在依法治国的大背景下,探讨充分发挥法治的作用,寻求依法管理城市社区的新途径,不仅有助于消除上述问题,更有助于寻求一条适合中国国情的建设和谐法治社区之路。

| Abstract: | With the development of city construction and management,the management of city community is facing many new situations and problems.It is shown that the task of community management is quickly expanding,the management is more difficult day after day,and the demand of the management is upgrading.In order to solve all the problems,it is helpful to discuss under the background of management according to law and find a new way to manage the city community legally.And it can also help to build harmonious legal city communities conforming to our national conditions. |
