畅通诉求表达渠道是妥善化解人民内部矛盾的有效机制

在社会转型时期,相伴而生的是社会利益主体多元化和社会矛盾复杂化。实践证明,化解社会矛盾的有效途径就是畅通社会诉求表达机制。为此．必须通过不断拓宽利益诉求表达渠道、切实畅通民情的传播途径,不断探索利益诉求表达趋势、切实把握民意的引导方向,不断完善诉求表达调处机制、切实维护民众的合法权益。惟其如此,才能建立健全党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与的社会管理格局,形成依靠基层党政组织、行业管理组织、群众自治组织,共同及时有效化解社会矛盾的机制．积极维护民众的权益,促进经济社会和谐稳定。

It has proven in practice that opening channels for expression of appeal is the effective mechanism of properly resolving contradictions among the people which alongside pluralism of the subject of social interests are more and more complicated,accompanied by the social transition.Thus it is necessary to broaden channels and grasp the trend for expression of appeal and public feelings,and improve the relevant mediating and handling mechanism to maintain the public lawful rights and interests so that we could establish and improve the pattern of social administration with the Party committee leading,the government taking charge,social forces collaborating and the public participating and form the mechanism of promptly resolving social contradictions depending on organizations of the grass-roots Party and government,the trade management and the masses self-governance to help ensure the harmony and stability of our social economy.
