| 摘 要： | 《劳动合同法》颁布和实施以来，劳动合同签订率明显上升，合同的平均期限有所延长。由于国际金融危机快速蔓延和世界经济增长明显减速的影响，我国的一些企业经营出现困难、停产关闭企业增加，再加上《劳动合同法》在实践中面临的一些深层次困难和问题，劳动争议案件大幅攀升，作为职工权益代表者的工会组织应积极面对问题、寻找对策，在协调劳动关系、促进企业发展中发挥应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The average term and rate of signing the contract increase obviously after enacting the labor contract law. Some of the enterprises of our nation are closed because of the financial crisis and the influence of the world economic slowdown. The influence of difficulties in practice results in the climb - up of the numbers of labor dispute. The trade union, as a representative for the employees, should face up to the problems actively, search the countermeasures, and play it own role in coordinating the working relationship and promoting the development of enterprise. |
