| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的发展要求有一支基础厚、能力强、素质高的师资队伍相匹配。而目前的高职高专教师队伍普遍存在知识结构老化 ,适应面窄 ,技能水平较低等问题。因此 ,加强高职高专师资队伍的专业化和国际化建设 ,是推动高等职业教育发展的关键环节

| Abstract: | In order to promote the higher vocational education, we must require our teaching staff who have rich knowledge and are also teachers of high ability and quality. At present, some problems exist, such as, the teachers' knowledge becoming outdated and narrow, with low technical ability . So, it is the key of promoting the higher vocational education to strengthen the construction of the teaching staffs' specialization and internationalization. |
