| 摘 要： | 不同交往理论是美国著名犯罪学家萨瑟兰解释犯罪的一个重要理论,它在美国犯罪学研究史上曾大放异彩。从萨瑟兰的不同交往理论的9个命题出发,并结合我国国情,由此可得到对于我国立法、青少年犯罪预防及犯罪分子改造的有益启示;而以我国传统文化为基点,则该理论对我国的现实价值有更深刻的认识。

| Abstract: | “Differential association”is a very important theory proposed by the famous American expert of criminology to explain crimes, and it was brilliantly outstanding in the American criminal-study history. Starting with the nine subjects of this theory and connecting it with the current situation of our country, we may get some helpful revelations on legislation, prevention of juvenile delinquency and rebuilding the criminals. Nevertheless, we should realize the practical worth of this theory more deeply on the basis of Chinese traditional culture. |
