| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO及经济的全球化 ,面对国际金融集团涌入国内市场 ,加快整合我国金融业、提高市场竞争力变得越来越迫切。金融控股公司将成为我国金融业由分业经营向混业经营过度的现实选择。根据我国的“准金融控股公司”的现状 ,借鉴国外金融控股公司的发展经验和我国金融业的实际情况 ,我国金融控股公司的组建、监管、发展模式等方面的问题需要我们不断地深入研究并附之实现。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we reveals that with China joining WTO and economic globalization, it is more and more urgent for decisive sectors to integrate finance industry and increase market competitive power in the face of international finance groups giving gushed into domestic market. Share-holding financial company would become a realistic selection to transfer separation businesses to combined businesses for Chinese financial industry. After analyzing the status of China's quasi share-holding financial company, we relate the establishment, supervisions, developmental model of China Share-holding financial company on the basis of experiences of foreign Share-holding financial company's establishment and development and present situation of China's financial industry. |
