建国60年来中国共产党社会资源开发的历史阶段与现实启示

建国60年来,中国共产党社会资源的开发大致可分为两个＂30年＂。第一个＂30年＂是党社会资源开发初步探索并遭受挫折的＂30年＂,第二个＂30年＂是党社会资源不断拓展,同时面临挑战的＂30年＂。两个＂30＂年对我党的启示：转变思想观念,正确看待公民社会发展;转变党的领导方式和执政方式,适应公民社会的发展;规避公民社会的负效应,引导公民社会的发展。

Generally speaking, general,we can divided the past 60 years when we exploit the Chinese Communist Party＇s social resources into two stage. The first ＂30 years＂ is stage when the party explored the social resources initially suffered setbacks; The second ＂30 years＂ is stage when the party＇s social resources are constantly expanded and faced the challenges. The enlightenment of two ＂30＂ years is as the followings： change our thinking and concepts, have a correct view to civil society; changes the mode of party＇s leadership and governance to adapt to the development of civil society; to avoid the negative effects of civil society and guide the development of civil society.
