| 摘 要： | 法律没有软硬之分，只有法律部门之别。当前我国教育行政执法存在着诸多误区。加大教育行政执法力度，必须以提高思想认识，走出认识误区为突破口，增强教育行政部门的执法意识，大胆实践逐步实现依法治教的战略目标。

| Abstract: | There is no difference of law in softness and hardness. There is only department difference in law. Currently, there is much misunderstanding in the educational administrative enforcement. To strengthen the educational administrative enforcement, we must heighten the coghtion, step out the wrong region; strengthen the enforcing consciousness; bravely practise and realize the tactics of management of the educational affairs according to the law step by step. |
