犯罪预防中的犯罪机会控制

犯罪的发生需要满足犯罪动机、犯罪能力和犯罪机会三个要素。犯罪动机属于犯罪人的主观要件，犯罪能力属于犯罪人的自身条件，这些都很难进行控制。但犯罪机会却是客观的、外在的，因而是可控制的，而且会对犯罪能否发生和完成起到至关重要的作用。所以，要预防犯罪的发生，重点就在于对犯罪机会进行控制。

The Role of Chance Control in Crime Pretension

The happening of a crime requires three factors: motive,ability,chance.Motive is impossible to control because it be-longs to psychology of a criminal;Ability belongs to the criminal himself,so to dominate it is also very difficult.But the chance of a crime is impersonal,exterior.So,best of all,the control of criminal chance is important to the happening and accomplishment of crime.To prevent crime,the emphasis is to control the criminal chance.
