| 摘 要： | 文章通过对建国以来我国投资体制的回顾及山西省投资体制中存在问题的分析,总结出投资体制中出现弊端的原因主要存在于投资体制、投资过程和投资管理当中,并从打破行业垄断、建立规范的投资决策主体和较完整的投资宏观调控体系等方面提出一些具体的改革对策.
