| 摘 要： | 检察机关对自侦案件的监督是多方面的,既有立案监督、诉讼监督,还有审判监督。笔者试从检察机关对自侦案件的立案监督及诉讼监督的现状,探究如何更好的发挥检察机关的自侦职能,确保自侦案件的侦办准确、高效,切实达到党和人民对检察机关反腐败的要求。
