团体沙盘游戏对技师生人际交往能力的干预研究

摘    要:尝试用团体沙盘游戏对人际交往不良的技师生进行团体干预,帮助他们自我觉察、自我探索影响人际交往发展的因素,调整改善与他人的关系,以发展良好生活适应的助人过程,并采用《人际关系综合诊断量表》进行干预前后的测评。结果显示,经过冲突呈现、协调学习、理解整合三个阶段后,被试者交际交友、与人交谈问题得以缓解,自我像呈现出明显的变化。研究证明,运用团体沙盘游戏改善学生人际关系问题是一种有效的尝试。

Interference Research of Group Sand Play on Interpersonal Communication among Technician College Students

Abstract:The research tries to use group sand play to intervene poor interpersonal communication students,to help them use self-awareness and self-exploration to impact interpersonal communication development factors,then to adjust and improve relationships with others,to learn new attitudes and behaviors in order to develop agood life style.It also takes advantage of'interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale'to evaluate behaviors before and after intervention.The result shows that after the three stages of presenting the conflicts,coordinate learning and integrate understanding,the communication problems of the students have been relieved and their self-image has a significant change.The study proves that making use of group sand play is an effective attempt to improve students' interpersonal communication.
