An Exploration into the Causes of Public Relations Crisis under the Network Media Environment

The management of government crisis shows many diversified characteristics under the new media environment.At the same time,with the development of new media,especially the rise of Network media,the models of government crisis management and public relations have been impacted violently.Combining Triple Crisis Sources with Social Combustion Theory,we can divide every social crisis into three phases,including formation,fermentation and outbreak.Thanks to its characteristic,the network media plays a role which accelerates the spread and expansion of the influence all the time.Therefore,it＇s important and meaningful to analyze the background in which Triple Crisis Sources and Network media coexist,while it＇s a new perspective for the research on government crisis management.Based on the new perspective,the paper shows more about the causes of public relations crisis.
