| 摘 要： | 在当前石油工程企业深化改革重组、加快推进上市、促进转型发展的进程中,加强思想政治工作机制创新,将思想政治工作优势转化为企业核心竞争力,充分发挥引领、激励、协调和保障作用,对于推进石油工程企业改革创新发展、构建和谐企业、维护员工群众思想稳定具有重要的现实意义。石油工程企业思想政治工作机制的创新路径主要是理论机制创新、领导机制创新、保障机制创新、教育机制创新、激励机制创新和监督机制创新。

| Abstract: | In the current process of deepening reform reorganization,accelerating to be listed and promoting transformation and development of petroleum engineering enterprise,strengthening ideological and political work mechanism innovation to turn the ideological and political work advantages into core competitiveness of enterprises,give full play to the role of leading,motivating,coordinating and guarantee will have important practical significance for us to promote innovation and development,to build a harmonious enterprise and to maintain staff masses ideological stability.Petroleum engineering enterprises mechanism innovation of ideological and political work include theoretical mechanism innovation,leadership mechanism innovation,security mechanism innovation,education system innovation,incentive mechanism innovation and oversight mechanism innovation. |
