| 摘 要： | 在我国产权制度改革中出现的职工持股实践,是一个新生事物,目前还存在着诸多问题,对此,国家应制订相关的法律,企业应按照“公开、公平、公正”原则实施改革,工会应维护职工的产权利益,职工应提高自己的经济素质,从而共同推进职工持股制度的进一步发展和完善。

| Abstract: | Worker-holding stock is new phenomena with many problems in the reform of property right system in China.The state should formulate laws concerned,enterprises should reform under the principle of "open,equity,justice",trade union should protect workers' right on property interests,workers and staff should improve knowledge of economics so as to enhance the development of workerholding stock system further. |
