| Abstract: | The existing labor dispute settlement in our country has exposed many maladies in judicial practice. This article analyzes the drawbacks of this system, and introduces the relevant legislative experience of other countries, then puts forward some suggestions about reconstituting the existing labor dispute settlement proceedings. |
