| 摘 要： | 党建带团建是团校建立、发展和快速发展的重要条件。将团校分为建立、发展、快速发展三个阶段进行分析,在历史的维度中寻找团校发展的规律和特点。得出以下结论,团校呈现出今天的现状,既有主观原因,也有客观原因。没有政策的支持、制度的保障,仅仅依靠共青团和团校自身力量,团校难以为共青团组织完成党和国家赋予的历史使命提供有效的理论支撑和有力的教育培训支持。
