日本青少年犯罪问题初探

近年来,日本青少年犯罪问题凸现,逐渐成为日本的主要社会问题之一。文章一方面分析了日本青少年犯罪严重的原因,以此作为我国社会发展的警示;另一方面也提出了借鉴日本在青少年犯罪的预防和矫正领域的成功经验,从而完善我国的相关制度,以日为鉴,警示和借鉴并重。

In recent years,the juvenile delinquency of Japan has been very serious and become one of the main social problems of Japan.This article analyzes the reasons why juvenile delinquency is so serious in recent years,which is caution for the development of China;on the other hand if we use the successful experience of Japan for our reference to perfect the system interrelated of China.Hence,it will benefit us comprehensively to both guard the deficiency and learn the merit.
