| Abstract: | With the development of economic reforms and socialistic market economy, the workload in education will be increased. Only the trade union persists in scientific outlook on development, it can develop in conception, ideas on education, teaching contents and method, and construction of faculty. Only the trade union follows the principle, it can make itself full of vigor and vitality, and make new contribution to harmonious society. |
