| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市建设的快速发展,城市房屋拆迁大规模进行,由此引发的问题相当普遍,在法律层面上的表现也十分复杂。拆迁纠纷主要源自立法的不完善和制度设计的不合理。而要解决这些问题,需要对立法、执法、司法等各个环节予以健全和完善。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of the urban construction of our country,the urban buildings are pulled down on a large scale.The negative problems caused are quite common and complex from the legal point of view.The problems aroused from pulling-down of urban buildings are mainly because of the imperfect legislation and improper system design.To solve those problems,all the aspects as legislation,execution and justice should be perfected. |
