| 摘 要： | 当前一些基层公安机关开始注重警察组织文化构建对警察组织的影响作用。有必要以个案研究的形式,来探讨目前基层公安机关在构建组织文化中所取得的成绩和存在的问题,以影射出目前基层公安机关构建警察组织文化的普遍现状,并在此基础上提出需要进一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Some police organizations begin to pay more attention to the effect which the construction of police organization culture has on the police organizations at present.The article is a case study which inquires into the achievement and problems of the construction of police organization culture to allude to its general status and puts forward the problems which need to be studied further. |
