| 摘 要： | 邓小平的制度建设思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分，是邓小平同志领导中国人民进行制度建设实践的理论结晶因而具有鲜明的时代特征和独特的个性品格。邓小平制度建设理论的基本特征突出地表现在：处处闪耀着实践精神和制度智慧包含着丰富的创新意识，具有方法论性质，体现出鲜明的中国特色。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's idea about system construction is an important component of his theory and the theoretical fruit of the system construction practice of Chinese people under his leadership,therefore,it has a distinct feature of the age and a unique individual quality.The Basic features of his theory about system construction manifest themselves in the following aspects:shining practical spirit and wisdom about system,full of rich innovative consciousness,with a character of methodology and a distinct Chinese feature. |
