对当前街道办事处管理体制改革的构想

The subdistrict office,the basic level political organization in China,which connects the government with urban community,is the foundation for the social stability and also plays an important role in the urban construction and management.With the rapid development of our country's economy,the subdistrict administrative system could not meet the needs of market economic system,and the reform of subdistrict administrative system is urgently demanded by urban modernization.To promote the reform of subdistrict office is necessary for building socialism market economic system and accelerating socialism modernization,also as an important way for enhancing basic local democracy and safeguarding social stability.
